These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a binding agreement between Advanced Quality for Information Technology Company, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with registered office at Building 2625, Al Thumamah Road, Al Munisiyah District, Postal Code 13249, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("Advanced Quality", "we", "us", or "our"), and the Subscriber who accesses, registers for, or uses the AQ Docs Platform (the "Platform").

By creating an account, paying a subscription fee, or accessing or using the Platform, the Subscriber expressly accepts these Terms and agrees to be bound by them. The Subscriber further represents that the individual completing the registration has the authority to bind the Subscriber to these Terms.

If the Subscriber does not agree to these Terms, the Subscriber must not access or use the Platform.
